The Origin Story
During chiropractic school, I was in a car accident. An MRI showed a multidirectional labrum tear in my left hip.
I tried everything. Chiropractic adjustments. Dry needling. Cupping. Traditional physical therapy. Nothing worked long-term. The pain always came back.
Then I found a PRI physical therapist. I drove 90 minutes each way to see him. That therapist found what everyone else had missed. My breathing patterns were off. My gait was dysfunctional. These hidden problems were keeping my hip from healing.
He taught me to breathe and walk the right way. My hip pain went away.
That experience changed how I practice. I learned that the best results come from two things working together. First, hands-on chiropractic care to relieve pain. Second, correcting the unconscious patterns in how you breathe and move.
This became the foundation of True Precision Rehab.

Treatment Philosophy
Most chiropractors treat symptoms. At True Precision Rehab, we treat root causes.
Our approach has two parts.
Part one: Hands-on care. We use adjustments, dry needling, cupping, and shockwave therapy to relieve your pain now.
Part two: Movement retraining. We correct how you breathe and walk. This stops the pain from coming back.
Every patient gets one-on-one personalized care. No cookie-cutter protocols. No assembly-line treatment.
Our goal is to help adults in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond stay mobile, active, and pain-free as they age.
